Tech Updates: Xperia Z4, and Z3 Plus, Nvidia Shield Tablets, ZUK Z2 Pro, And Moto Z Confirmed Android Nougat 7.0 Update

Sony, Nvidia, Lenovo, and Motorola has confirmed has confirmed Android Nougat update to their respective flagships. The incredible features Android Nougat delivered seem to have earned these companies trust. But the question is, what's the advantage in rolling into Android Nougat update?

Sony Xperia Z4 and Z3 Plus line follow Xperia Z5 Range that first been updated to Android Nougat 7.0. According to Tech Times, updating Xperia Z4 and Z3+ to Android Nougat leaves the interface totally unchanged. But, there are certain changes in the Xperia Z4, and Z3+ features if updated. These changes are the multi-window mode, enhanced quick settings, improved System UI and notifications, and Instant apps. The biggest improvement comes with Android Nougat are data and signal speeds, and battery life. Sony has not revealed update schedule as of the moment.

Next is Nvidia Shield Tablets. Previous reports claim that Nvidia has been looking forward to incorporating Android Nougat to its Shield Tablet and Tablet K1. The common issue regarding the Shield Tablet and Tablet K1 is its battery life. Fans are full positivity that the roll out to Android Nougat might be the answer. As of the moment, Nvidia has not revealed any information yet.

Officially today, ZUK Z2 Pro users can now update their smartphones to Android Nougat 7.0. The update will include Lenovo's subbrand's own and Android ZUI 2.5.335.

Lastly, the Moto Z and Moto Z Play. The Android Nougat update will be released February and March. To recall, Motorola has updated its Moto Z Force Droid Edition to Android Nougat last December. Fans were disappointed about this news since the unlocked counterparts of the Moto Z Force Droid were left behind. This time fans can expect that this issue will be taken care of by Motorola, and big things are coming on this said update.
