The new 2013 Crosstour will arrive in showrooms next week starting a new, innovative midsize car with updated technology.

The car features a fresh exterior with enhanced headlight and taillights, rear bumper, and new rocker panels. For V-6 models the car will include new 18-inch alloy wheels according to the company website.

The interior is also improved with an engine start/stop button technology, SMS text messaging function, and a HondaLink cloud system to control digital content and media.

Expect new technology advancements as well for the new vehicle, like lane departure warning and forward collision warning. The newest advancement that the company added this year that they're most excited about is the Honda LaneWatch system that uses a small camera on the passenger mirror to allow more assistance and a greater view when trying to merge into a different lane while on the highway.

Most of the devices from previous models will also be available again in the 2013 edition including the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System and a tire pressure monitoring system and USB audio interface. Most vehicles come with heated seating for the driver and passenger seats.

The car will be available for a base price of $27,755.
