Toyota Prius Prime is more favorable than its hybrid predecessor and it's more likely to become one of the most in-demand plug-in electric cars in the current U.S. market. However a report says that it seems the Prius Prime is difficult to find, let alone purchase.

Three separate complaints from GreenCarReports.com readers have caught the site's attention so they decided to dig deeper on the 2017 Prius Prime and its distributors. According to their post, Toyota announced countless times that the Prius Prime will be available nationwide. Not like the 2012-2015 models that are only attainable at selected states.

"The Prius Prime is available in all 50 states... deliveries began in all states... ...allocation was balanced based on demand among all Toyota sales regions," as posted at GreenCarReports.

However, three separate complaints were reportedly filed at GreenCarReports.com. The first one says dealers do not have any idea when the Toyota Prius Prime will be available. The second one mentions that the Toyota Prius Prime will not be sold at Gulf States. The third complaint says that the dealership at Colorado assured that the Prius Prime will only be available in California.

All three complaint cases prove that many dealers do not have any idea that the Toyota Prius Prime will be made available in all 50 states. At this point in writing, it is important to note that one can get the Toyota Prius Prime from all the 1,200 dealerships across the United States.

As of this writing, it is unclear how the information is not properly disseminated throughout Toyota US's outlets. In case a dealer still denies that the Toyota Prius Prime is not available in their outlet, GreenCarreports.com suggested that one can show their article and argue that the plug-in electric hybrid can be bought all over the U.S.
