Honda CR-V Awarded Most Researched Vehicle On Edmunds

The Honda CR-V was the most researched vehicle on Edmunds.com in the U.S. for the second year in a row, followed by other Honda car models, Honda Accord and Honda Civic in second and third place.

Edmunds said that light trucks and crossovers still remain in high demand. Consumers are still interested in these types of vehicles despite its shrinking market share because it is powered and fuel efficient.

The order of popularity slightly changes every month, but the list of the top 10 most researched vehicles was still from 2015's. According to Edmunds, they determine its list of most researched vehicles by calculating which vehicle has the most number of unique visitors every month in their inventory pages.

Small crossovers offers a lot of functionality at a reasonable price. If you're just looking for a "set it and forget it" type of car, one that has cool design and special features, then you might want to give Honda CR-V a try. It feels instantly familiar when you get to lay your hands on the wheel and it has a lot of features designed to help you make your life easier.

It's a fact that Honda CR-V is not a thrilling vehicle to ride, but it's no surprise it made it to the top of the list as it is the most popular SUV in the market for the past decade. Owners so loved their Honda CR-Vs. It gives a commanding view of the road because of its elevated ride height and easily accommodates four passengers with their bags included.

According to NHTSA ratings, 2016 Honda CR-V is rated 5 stars on its crash test result. Honda CR-V is packed with safety and security features and is among the SUVs in the world.
