If you want to get your hands on Microsoft's new build, then you'll be pleased to hear that build 14997 is on its way this 2017.

Just this December, Microsoft announced that no more builds would be released until we officially pass into 2017, but a new build of Windows 10 Creators Update found its way to the Internet. Now build 14997 is spreading online after an internal ISO image was leaked on the internet. This ISO image caught the eye of thousands, now we can check as to what features Microsoft plans to include or upgrade in build 14997.

However, it is possible that build 14997 will never be officially released, but you might want to see these features anyway.

The replacement for Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, has made an appearance once again. It is receiving an important update which will allegedly be an alternative for Google Chrome's "pinned tabs." The feature is called "Set these tabs aside" and will work with a refined tab bar.

Microsoft's really wishing to change people's default browser, but aside from that, other important tweaks in the Start menu and the operating system's OOBE will be included as well. Pressing Windows Key + C will activate Cortana.

There comes the new Blue Light option used to increase color warmth, ideal for night gamers or for those who use their PC with the lights off. Other changes and additions include an update to Windows Themes, Windows Updates is now pausable and a few more tweaks here and there.

Unlike Insider builds, it comes with a lot of changes and more updates will come that haven't been officially announced. Again, Microsoft shows it has little clue about what users want. The guiding principle is change for the sake of change.

But keep in mind that these are just leaks only, so the official release date isn't known yet. For all we know, this build might just get chunked to pieces or put into another update. Only time will tell what Microsoft has in mind.
