Jaguar introduced their new F-Type series car at the Paris Auto Show this past weekend, finally showcasing the successor to the company's iconic E-Type.

This F-Type is the first new Jaguar sports car that the company has released in over a decade.

The standard F-Type is setup with a 340-horsepower supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine. The F-Type S has a 380-hp supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, while the F-Type V8 S gets the 495-hp supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine.

Interested customers can already start playing around with the custom options on the company website. Custom options for the F-Type consist of a wind deflector and a heated windshield with a timer. All three come with real wheel drive, and eight-speed QuickShit transmission.

The F-Type can do 0-60 in 5.1 seconds and top out at 161 mph, meanwhile the Type S can go 0-60 in 4.8 seconds and top out at 171 mph. The V8 S can do 0 to 60 in 4.2 second and reach up to 186 mph.

Controversial singer Lana Del Rey was named the spokesperson for the new F-Type in August under the impression her image and appeal will be a perfect fit for the demographic Jaguar is trying to reach.

"Singer songwriter, Lana Del Rey will collaborate with Jaguar on the launch of the all-new F-TYPE, a two-seater sports car that is a vivid representation of the vitality of the Jaguar brand," said Jaguar in a press statement. "The allure of Jaguar is in large part due to its duality, a unique blend of authenticity and modernity, two values that we believe are shared with Lana in her professional achievements."

Del Rey was at the Paris Auto Show to promote the car and sung a new song that she wrote just for the event.

The sticker price for the F-Type starts at $69,000, the F-Type S starts at 81,000 and the F-Type V8 S will be sold at $92,000. The car will be released worldwide next summer.
