New Star Wars: Rogue One Trailer Released As Tickets Sale Started [VIDEO]

The force has awaken, again! A new trailer for "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" was released as tickets went on sale.

The third trailer was released on Nov. 24, much to the delight of Rogue One and Star Wars fans all over the world who are eagerly waiting for the next Lucasfilm installment from the popular movie franchise. The latest Lucasfilm Star Wars movie teaser is an action-packed sneak peek on what viewers are about to witness when the movie is finally shown in cinemas.

After the droid K-2SO carried the last teaser, it is time for other characters to shine in the latest trailer of Rouge One:  A Star Wars Story. The trailer was also released, incidentally, in time for this year's Thanksgiving celebration. This highly anticipated Star Wars movie installment is different from the rest since it will be the first to discuss characters outside the main plot, according to TechCrunch.

But before Star Wars fans get too involved with the teaser, it is advised to purchase their tickets first since these are expected to sell like hotcakes, thanks to the millions of Lucasfilm fans all around the world. But it seems like Lucasfilm is not yet satisfied with the upcoming movie's publicity because a series of out-of-this-world movie posters were also released.

The movie will be shown on IMAX. But will Darth Vader look more badass in IMAX? Well, Star Wars fans will need to see the movie to find out. But be warned, no Jedi will be seen in this Star Wars movie installment.

"This takes place in a time that's after the Jedi purge in Episode III and before Obi-Wan re-emerges and starts training Luke, and before Yoda gets involved," producer and visual effects lead John Knoll said in a statement. "So this is a dark time when things are very bleak and the Jedi have not come back," Knoll added.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story screens on December 15 in the United States.
