it is not the first time the X7 was caught testing, although the last time time it has been spied it was still at a very early stage of development. In fact it was neither an SUV. But it's been almost two years since then, and already one can now see the appearance of the SUV model of luxury of the BMW brand which one can see at MotorAuthority.
The image of the new BMW X7 makes it clear that is longer than the current BMW X5. One can find out that its style will be very similar to that of his brothers X5 , but will release new and own details. It will be an X5 in XXL format, it will accommodate up to seven passengers.
Harald Kruger, head of the Board of BMW confirmed that the 2017 BMW X7 will be positioned as the largest, luxurious and exclusive SUV from the German manufacturer, a vehicle that will rival directly with models like the Mercedes GLS.
The interior of the X7 cant be seen with the heavily camouflage spied car, but according to Carwale it will have luxury, comfort and finishes, which we assume will be in highest form, the X7 will also release a lot of technology, as it did a year ago on its namesake sedan.
The mechanical will consist of a new modular and lightweight platform that in turn will be able to incorporate diesel and petrol not less than six cylinders, also having V8 and V12 and automatic gearboxes on all versions. If so, this would be the first SUV brand equipped with a 12 - cylinder BMW X5 from Le Mans prototype, which was developed on the basis of the first generation of the SUV. While this mechanism may be available only in what will be the version of luxury of the future X7.
The release date of the X7 will not be until late next year and the 2017 BMW X7 is said to be more on the range of $100,000 to $150,000.
