When Final Fantasy 15 hits the PS4 Pro this November, players will be able to choose between a 1080p 60 frames per second mode and a 4K mode that runs at 30 frames per second, an exciting development unveiled at the most recent Active Time Report live stream in Japan by game director Hajime Tabata. The new performance modes will usher in an age of Final Fantasy on the PS4 Pro that allows players to either kick the framerate up a notch or view the game's images at never-before-seen levels of sharpness and quality. 

VG 24/7 reported that the higher resolution might be done by producer Square Enix natively or with the use of techniques such as checkerboard rendering or upscaling. The exact resolution of the 4K mode has, however, yet to be announced. 

In a bid to get fans even more hyped up for Final Fantasy 15's release, Square Enix also announced on the live stream that they will be releasing a demo called Judgment Disc that will be available to Japanese gamers on both the Xbox One and PS4. It will allow fans the chance to play the game from the start until the first half of the beginning chapter and will be locked to easy mode in addition to other ability and level limitations.

This will give buyers an estimated two hours in playing time, particularly if one does a lot of exploring the open world, reported Destructoid. Unfortunately, fans will not be able to save their progress or transfer it once Final Fantasy XV finally hits the shelves.

Square Enix earlier released two Duscae demos and a Platinum Demo, while Judgment Disc will hit stores today, November 11. Final Fantasy 15 will be released November 29 after being pushed back from its original September date, although the game has actually been in development for ten years now.
