The votes have revealed that Fiat Chrysler Automobile will be joining the Canadian automobile industry for four more years. In fact, a contract was consigned which manifested the tentative labor agreement for the production of automobiles in the country last Sunday.
The Unifor Union is the one responsible for the human power that created automobiles for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Canada. With a renewed contract to continue production in the state for another four years, have the strike conducted by the laborers remedied by the company?
As was reported by Fortune, 70.1% votes from the Unifor Union could have triggered a strike by manufacturing workers against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Windsor, Brampton, and Ontario plants.
However, in a brochure that was afforded to the laborers, the union manifested that Fiat Chrysler has promised to build a new model for the laborers to work on at Brampton assembly plant. This development secured the adequate government assistance that would be offered to those who complained about the company's working schemes.
According to the union, if the positive business case would be confirmed, Fiat Chrysler's alternative product would improve the working conditions of the laborers such that the Collective Agreement would be satisfied.
In other news, The Globe and Mail reported that the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Nevada is also prepping to allocate the new vehicles to the Brampton assembly plant.
The said brand new product would replace the vehicles for the Chrysler 300 along with the Dodge Challenger and Charger rear-wheel-drive franchise. In fact, the investment to improve the plant's generation of new cars was subject to financial support from the two governments involved.
As Fiat Chrysler Automobiles faced a threat from the Unifor Union due to laborer issues, the company has upheld through the Collaborative Agreement that they will push other models to be produced in Canada to remedy the concerns of its plant laborers.
