Micheal Schumacher Health Update: Wife Corinna Schumacher Distressed With False Death Reports

The last credible piece of news that we have had about Michael Schumacher is that he is out of coma but has lost the ability to walk on his own. However, what should still be of immense consolation to his family, friends and followers is that he is alive.

That however hasn't stopped some overzealous publications to report the legendary racer has already breathed his last, much to the anguish of his family, Yibada reported. What is even more incredible is that some had used the false reports of Michael's death as April Fool's joke.

Earlier a German publication, Bunte had reported Schumacher is well on the path to recovery and could be seen walking again without any external aid. The racer's wife, Corinna Schumacher has taken strong exception to such reports and has appealed for privacy and support for her family which is what she said they need the most in their hour of crisis.

According to a report from Christian Today, Corinna has come out in the open to clear the air regarding Schumacher's health. She said while the former F1 champion is alive, any report claiming him to be walking is grossly untrue.

Corinna also stated the current state of health of Michael is enough for those seeking sensational news stories to claim he is dead but her family can easily do without such stuff. Not only will it have an adverse effect on the moral of Michael himself but also on the family as well.

Unfortunately, Corinna did not shed any new light on how Michael is doing at the moment. Some believe he is improving by the day while there are others who have been reporting just the opposite, that Michael's health is deteriorating steadily. Corinna however chose not to confirm or deny any of these reports, leaving the suspense going.

Michael continues to be under the supervision of private medical treatment at his home in Geneva with a crew of trained professionals attending to him round the clock.
