iPhone 5 Photos Leaked, Says Chinese Website

Photos of the frame of Apple's much-anticipated iPhone 5 have reportedly been leaked on the Chinese website Apple.pro.

The photo apparently shows a white frame, alongside an identical frame flipped over to reveal its black underside. The site notes that the appearance is not radically different from previous iPhone models, but that it appears longer in length than the iPhone 4S model. The width, however, appears to be the same.

CNET notes that a longer length gels with reports that the iPhone screen size would go from 3.5 to 4 inches.

The blog Know Your Mobile notes that the FaceTime front-facing camera appears to be positioned more centrally; and that, while it is difficult to get a sense of scale, it appears that the iPhone 5 will have have a widescreen aspect ratio in the area of 16:9.

Most recent rumors regarding a release date are that it will appear in stores August 7.
