The show also obtained an impressive 49 percent in audience presence, even if Donald Trump's second GOP debate was broadcast at the same night, as reported by Deadline.
With every figure clocked in, this is considered to be the best finale number of the show recorded in five years. The season-ender episode of "America's Got Talent" reigned U.S. primetime TV (8-10 PM ET), as well pulling in a massive crowd for its live performance.
