Since the release of her memoir "Sorry, Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes & Growing Up," Naya Rivera has not held anything back when it comes to revealing details about her personal life.

And perhaps the most shocking revelation that the 29-year-old former "Glee" actress has shared is when she had her pregnancy terminated back in 2010, just as her stint in the Fox musical show and her entire career was about to hit off.

"I think it's always on your mind, and it's one of those little scars in life," Rivera said, according to Entertainment Tonight Online. "When I was writing the book, it was really important for to include that, because this is ... a part of my story and a part of who I am."

Ryan Dorsey was the father of the baby she had aborted. The couple broke off their relationship at the time because she wanted to focus on her career, before she found out about the pregnancy. They eventually reunited, got married in July 2014 and have a son together, Josey Hollis Dorsey, who will turn one this Sept. 17.

Rivera had initially kept the abortion a secret from him, but eventually gave in and told him years after the procedure. "He said, 'Uh you know, in the short time that we dated, I wish that I could have done something to make you feel like you could have trusted me with that information because I would have loved to have been there with you,'" she said, according to E! Online. "And I was like, 'God, that's amazing, thank you so much.'"

Rivera also opened up about her relationship with former co-star Lea Michele, admitting that the two are no longer in speaking terms. "Lea and I definitely weren't the best of friends, and I doubt we'll ever sit on her couch and eat kale together again," she said, according to ET Canada.

Lastly, Rivera also spoke up about former fiancé Big Sean, and revealed the one time he went to her house and saw a woman inside. "I walk in, go downstairs, and guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged on the couch listening to music? ... It rhymes with 'Smariana Schmande.'"

Rivera was referring to pop singer Ariana Grande, whom the rapper eventually dated shortly after he and Rivera broke off their engagement. Grande and Big Sean, however, eventually called time on their relationship eight months later, according to US Weekly.
