Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston's romance had received tremendous media attention after it blossomed swiftly after the "Bad Blood" singer broke up with long-term boyfriend Calvin Harris. After three months of dating, the two officially called it quits and close friends of the personalities revealed that ithe breakup was a long time coming.

Since June 14, 2016, the media had released photos of Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston kissing on the beach of Rhode Island a few days after Swift officially called it quits with long-term boyfriend Calvin Harris. Since then, the couple had been under the public eye's scrutiny.

However, despite the negative reaction from fans of the shocking pair-up, Swift and Hiddleston were already introducing their parents to each other which hinted that the relationship may not be just a fling.

However, according to Billboard, the singer and actor called it quits since he wanted more publicity for their relationship - a matter that Swift allegedly did not like. No official reports have surfaced from both camps with regards to the reason of the break-up.

Despite the lack of confirmed reasons about the split, Elle reported that Swift was not happy about making the relationship public due to public scrutiny and when she tried to reason with him about keeping things private, the couple were not on the same page.

Furthermore, it was manifested in the report that Hiddleston felt ashamed that their relationship ended abruptly. In fact, a source revealed that the two were not compatible with each other since they allegedly fought frequently while they were together. Despite the breakup, it was also manifested that the two still wanted to remain friends but failed to see themselves carry out a romantic vibe for a longer period.

With public scrutiny about their romantic relationship, Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift allegedly broke up since they did not seem to see things at a common perspective and were said to have been fighting often.
