'Volkswagen' Teams Up With 'Ferrari' With A New SUV

Lamborghini has been embroiled in a scandal involving the US EPA, after stating that they have been publishing false results of their tests on diesel emission. It has just recently been announced that the plant at Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy would be expanded in terms of land area and a number of workers in order for them to have ample space and workers to effectively construct the new model.

The Urus:

Urus emulates other model's brands, like the Cayenne of Porsche and the Bentayga of Bentley, which are other VW brands who have released similar models. Urus would be based on an idea from the Auto Show in Beijing in 2012, contrary to previous beliefs that it was based on a Military bearing, the LM002, or the "Rambo Lambo"

The AG BMW, which the proprietor of Rolls-Royce, has not said much on its own initiatives for SUV car development after the anticipated arrival date in 2018. The CEO of Lamborghini has revealed the new roadster at Centenario, which is expected to be sold for more or less 2 million euros. 20 of these cars are expected to be built for an entire year, according to him.

The target number of units to be sold on an annual basis for the Urus is 3,500, according to Domenicali, who was also a previous Ferrari Formula One team boss.

Two-seat exotic cars are part of the current line-up of Huracan and Aventador. Despite the complaints by environmental authorities over emission levels and fuel efficiency, the car manufacturer still does not want to let go of the V12 engine which runs of 6.5-liters of fuel and is capable of generating 690 hp.

The Aventador

Lamborghini has had more than 3,000 cars in 2015, with a third of all these sales taking place in the US, making the company consider the country as its largest market. The number of dealer networks throughout the world is also expected to reach 160, 28 more than the current number.
