50 Cent Hospitalized After Car Crash

Hp-hop artist, 50 Cent, was admitted to Queens Hospital with possible injuries to his neck and back after a severe collision between his SUV, being driven by a chauffeur, and a truck in the wee hours of Monday morning on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, reports Fraser Coast Chronicle.

As per reports carried in thisis50.com, the incident occurred when a red truck rear-ended his bulletproof SUV, almost flipping it over. 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was immediately put on a stretcher and admitted to the nearby medical facility. His personal chauffeur was also admitted in the hospital with severe injuries.

A source close to the rapper said that both the rapper and his driver are fine.
