More Than 200 Bugatti Chirons Out Of The 500 To Be Made Already Sold In Just 6 Months

The sales of Bugatti Chiron priced at $2.7 million USD each seems to be going stronger as the French manufacturer Bugatti has confirmed that they have already sold 200+ units of the brand new Bugatti Chiron only 6 months after it was officially presented to the public. The sales is already half of the 500 production Bugatti Chiron that will be made.

The sales skyrocketed when the Chiron has finally crossed the Atlantic Ocean to be presented to his eager buyers in the United States. We must remember that for Bugatti, the US market is one of the most important with 30% of its sales located there. And it seems that the sales is going stronger than ever considering that the 450 units of Bugatti Veyron were sold in several years.

The configuration chosen for the debut of the Bugatti Chiron US is not casual, using the brand colors, blue to cover the carbon fiber exterior body, and red to upholster the interior to the last detail.

It boast an an awesome engine with 8.0 W16 engine Quad-Turbo that develops 1,500 hp maximum power and 1,600 Nm of maximum torque. Thanks to these figures, the Bugatti Chiron is able to perform the 0-100 km / h in less than 2.5 seconds and reach 420 km / h self - limiting. It is also linked to an automatic transmission and DSG dual clutch delivers power to all four wheels.

The first units of the supercar are ready to be delivered to their owners later this year, but Bugatti has already warned other hopeful buyers that deadlines now expand until about 3 Year. Bugatti factory in Molsheim keeps a really high manufacturing deadlines, needing almost 4 days to complete one unit of Bugatti Chiron. So the total production is scheduled to end in 2020, but the waiting list is already quite large.

Those who wish for the Bugatti Chiron to have a convertible version should not keep their hopes high as the brand confirmed that they have no plan of making one.
