The 2016 Toyota Mirai will be offered to the market in Anaheim, California this year. People will have the chance to test drive the new hydrogen-powered car, as well as know more about the new groundbreaking technology that Toyota offers.
The Toyota Mirai is revolutionary as it has zero-emissions as well as featuring a host of innovative "high tech" technologies. These are: pre-collision system, lane departure alert, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot monitor, dynamic radar cruise control, brake assist, enhanced vehicle stability control, smart stop technology and more.
The car has a 151 hp, can reach 312 miles, and has 247 lbs per foot of torque. The Technology & Telematics Forum will enable guests to know more about this, as Jay Brown of Toyota will be the one to entertain the people.
The background of the car, as well as the different technologies and processes used to ensure the success of the Toyota Mirai in using its hydrogen fuel technology, will all be discussed in the event. Donny Seyfer, the chairman of ASA says: "Toyota participated in the Technology & Telematics Forum at NACE | CARS in 2014 and shared some of their work on fuel cell technology.
He also adds: "This year, attendees will get to know the final product. And while the car has a lot of unique features, much of the technology directly relates to the discussion and advancement of telematics."
The Mirai will be available for viewing on the evening of August 10 at the Part on the Plaza. This is inside the Grand Plaza near the Anaheim Convention Center.
Toyota will also be offering rides to lucky guests on August 12 at 11:30 a.m. that is at the back of Hall B. However, the interested people must first register for the Expo or have a Conference Pass for the NACE 2016.
