One Direction fans were devastated when they announced that they are going on an indefinite hiatus. However, the temporary split has given them the chance to explore their own creative knack. The first one to declare his solo stint was Harry Styles. Then, Liam Payne followed his footsteps.

The British hunk recently signed up for a solo record deal with Doyen Global. The new revelation came a week after signing up a solo record deal with Capitol Records in the UK, as noted by Design N Trend.

But his decision to venture on his own does not sound like a good news. The announcement sent their followers into a Twitter frenzy, hence, #OneDirectionIsOverParty was created.

Is 1D heading to a permanent break up? According to Just Jared, the aspiring singer/songwriter is "distancing himself" from the band's manager, Simon Cowell. In return, the "X Factor" judge allegedly hinted about his disloyalty.

Liam Payne was left out when Cowell mentioned that he still have contact with the rest. He told Yahoo that "The great thing about all these boys - well not all of them but most of them - they are incredibly loyal and you don't always expect that... Niall, Harry, Louis - amazing"

Furthermore, he specially mentioned Louis Tomlinson and how he is happy for his career as a guest judge on "America's Got Talent." Did Cowell intentionally left Payne's name out of his interview? A rumor is brewing that they have an ongoing feud.

Both Liam Payne and Simon Cowell have not addressed the issue yet. But of course, avid 1D fanatics want to know the answer as soon as possible.

One Direction was a British quintet until Zayn Malik declared his departure in March 2015, leaving his fans heartbroken. He went on to pursue a solo singing career and release the hit "Pillowtalk."

After that, the boys announced during their On The Road tour that they are going on a temporary vacation. The result, a lot of rumors and hearsays about their downfall.
