Shahrukh Khan Featured In Latest Indian Hyundai i10 Commercial (Video)

Hyundai Motors announced that India's most popular actor, Shahrukh Khan, will be seen alongside Bollywood actress Manjari Phadnis in brand new Hyundai i10 commercial.

Hyundai's latest i10 has been a major choice in the Indian auto market due to solid fuel efficiency and spacious interiors. The company's new slogan will be: "All Good Things That Come With New i10."

"The i10 has been one of our most successful cars, with the new commercial we want to reiterate the message that the i10 continues to be a preferred choice with competition nowhere close to it in styling, features or mileage," Arvind Saxena, Director Marketing and Sales, HMIL, said in a press release.

The commercial centers on Khan driving around in a red i10 through city streets, while taking notice of a happy young couple and later a beautiful woman (Phadnis), who hops in the car. The couple smile and laugh and eventually end up on the beach at sunset.

According to the press release: The whole theme has been explained with the help of a device that is a -- "benevolent imaginary hand" this hand makes Khan's luck turn good. The commercial depicts how the i10 becomes a means of acquiring a life that is brilliant.

The i10 was launched in October 2007 and was awarded with the Indian Car of the Year Award in 2008. In September 2010, the Hyundai Motors launched the Next Gen i10.
