A reunified Korea has the potential to become a giant in the world of cars and its business and trades. Moreover, a reunified Korea will also set forth a new era of outwitting the big giant carmakers from all four corners of the globe.
Auto Express reported that despite the dividing wall that separates both nations, the South and North Korea still has the latent possibility of winning the world with their skills and with their technologies. Since the economic downturn, many companies are seeking ways and means to counter the demands of financial instability, wages and production expenses. The latter led to the hiring of thousands of North Korean workers.
According to the same report, the capitalist business giants down south as well as the Communist counterparts up north are getting along surprising well. The good rapport between these two sectors resulted to a massive hiring of North Koreans that currently works at Kaesong, which is six miles north of the border.
If these workers are trained further and equipped, they could also be working with car segments under the banner of Hyundai, SsangYong, Kia and Samsung, as noted by the same post. Given the fact that Hyundai Group has already released 100 million vehicles in the market and the numbers still rising, the demand for growth is escalating.
