It wasn't an ordinary international auto show last Thursday at the Javits Convention Center for the annual New York International Auto Show that features the latest vehicles soon to be on the market. Apparently, a Porsche 911 Turbo was caught in flames in one instance but initial investigation results show that there was minimal damage to the vehicle if none and there had been no injuries recorded.

The news is still currently in development but what is initially revealed is that the latest Porsche 911 Turbo experienced a minor electrical fire that resulted in the car being under a blaze. The incident was the highlight of the show unfortunately and was caught on video according to NBC New York.

The video, which was initially posted by one professional photographer namely Vlad Shurigin on his Instagram account that gained thousands of hits instantly, Fox News reports. In the video, the car was seen under fire on its right side by the passenger's door.

"So this just happened! Porsche blew up at the DUB show in NY! (for licensing or usage, contact licensing@viralhog.com)," Shurigin wrote as a caption to the video. Since then, the news circulated like wildfire especially since one brave person was able to put the fire out in a matter of minutes as shown on the video.

While everyone was trying to move away from the incident, the unnamed person was equipped with a fire extinguisher to take out the fire requiring no help from any fire department, NBC New York reports.

A spokesman even told Fox News just how the fire was put on in just "literally seconds," the spokesman said as per the publication. However, because the incident was just so brief, some were not even mindful that it even happened. "That could have been traumatizing," Linden Samuels of Flatbush, Brooklyn said as per NBC New York. "I didn't know anything was going on," Samuels added.
