BMW Motorsports Celebrate 40 Years

BMW Motorsport GmbH, now known as BMW Motors, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.

The most-acclaimed BMW M was formed in 1972 with just eight employers and introduced the the German car manufacturer to the Motorsports world. Even now, the machines still holds the rank of being one of the most powerful cars ever to be built in the world. Building on that legacy, BMW is one of the most popular racing cars in the Motorsports world. It indicates its dedication to quality and delivery.

"No matter which car comes to the market in a year. Well, whereas in my terms a company is like a human being. It responses to the customer and his emotions. If a customer likes the car then the company is happy and you can see the results in terms of sales and marketing. If we train the company well with good quality and good equipments then it is hardly impossible for the car to lose in race tracks," said Robert A. Lutz, BMW AG Board Member Sales.

This year, the BMW Motorsport GmbH still holds the record of being No. 1 when it comes to producing the most powerful race car ever in the history of the auto world.

"Even if a race car was moving in the muddy track, people were used to astonish at it. And when it crosses 60mph then it was the loudest applause from the race car lovers. But now, the scenario has completely changed and audience wants to see cars which can cross 350km/h. And still they want more from BMW. Yet we have never failed them in seeing the best out of BMW Motorsports. We will continue our legacy just like the last 40 years," explains Robert A. Lutz.
