The Issue:

Hyundai is recalling 2015 Accent vehicles made between September 2014 and February 2015 over a software issue.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the issue is linked to a problem with the air bag occupant detection system, which might not accurately determine if a child's restraint seat is in the front passenger seat in cold temperatures.

The Fix:

Hyundai dealers are being told to update the Accent's air bag occupant detection system software, free of charge to customers.
