Fisker Nina Leaked Early

The highly anticipated Project Nina, Fisker’s follow-up to the Karma, has been leaked ahead of the 2012 New York Auto Show which was the platform for the world wide official debut. The original picture containing Nina was leaked to an online portal.

The leaked images uploaded in an online portal not only reveal Fisker’s Project Nina of its exclusivity but also confirms that the company has plans to rename it as ‘Atlantic’. Project Nina is only a running code-name for the Atlantic, which like big brother to Karma which comes powered by a range of extended electric powerful tools. The Atlantic will produce significantly less power than the Karma and will be completely relying on BMW-sourced engine, say industry experts.

Apart from their technical specification, the major difference between the two models is that the Atlantic will be build in the U.S. and significantly more affordable. But it doesn’t mean that it will be very much cheaper. As the sources in the industry predict that the pricing of the model would be kept at $57,400 which will be starting price of its competitor model Tesla Model S.
