2015 New York Auto Show: Four Sedan Debuts with a Stylish Edge

Ahead of the New York auto show in the first week of April, we're excited to share some more anticipated product unveilings.

Here are four sedans scheduled to debut at the Javits Center, spanning all segments of the market:

Chevrolet Malibu

Chevrolet has given out a glimpse of its replacement for the Malibu sedan, and the sketch above provides a hint as to its design. With a shape reported to look like the larger Impala sedan, the next Malibu could be one shapely entry into the family sedan segment.

Kia Optima

Like the Malibu, Kia's own Optima midsize sedan aims to stretch the style quotient for the family sedan. Likely designed to mimic the Sportspace wagon that just debuted in Geneva, we believe that the next Optima will be low-profile, high-style.

Scion iA

A first for Scion, the iA will be the grown-up, three-box alternative to the quirky cadre of hatchbacks and coupes from which the brand became famous.

Jaguar XF

Jaguar has a tough problem on its hands: a lineup that's getting younger faster than its product cycle can replace. A replacement for the aging XF sedan cannot come too soon, and an aluminum-heavy successor to Jaguar's competitor to the BMW 5-series will debut in New York.

The excitement for the New York auto show begins next week, and Auto World News will be live and on the ground with full coverage.
