Ford's European division will launch new products this year in a campaign that includes its new-generation Galaxy minivan.

The Dearborn, Mich.-based company has a busy year ahead, planning to launch the all-new S-Max, C-Max, Grand C-Max and C-Max Energi plug-in hybrid in Europe. All vehicles that are new for 2015 will be equipped with Ford's Sync 2 vehicle connectivity system.

"In 2014, our new passenger cars, commercial vehicles and remarkable technologies helped us outperform the market and increase our market share in Europe," Jim Farley, chairman and CEO of Ford Europe, said in a statement. "These new vehicles [for 2015] reflect a more emotional and upmarket vision for Ford products in Europe."

Galaxy

Scheduled to go on sale around the end of the second quarter, the all-new Ford Galaxy is a seven-passenger model that will lead the automaker's minivan lineup and be among the largest in its segment available in Europe.

Edge

The all-new sports utility vehicle is touted as Ford's "most advanced" SUV option, and it will be available for European buyers for the first time. Production of the Edge will start this year.

Mustang

Also coming to Europe for the first time, the redesigned Ford Mustang will be equipped with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine or the latest generation of Ford's 5-liter V-8.

Focus ST

Slated for early this year, the all-new Focus ST will be offered with a diesel engine option.

Mondeo

The Mondeo lineup will be expanded to include a hybrid plug-in variant, while new buyers will have the option for semiautonomous technologies that include all-wheel drive that adjusts power delivery to the wheels based on the road; pre-collision automatic brakes; and parking assist technology that can slide the vehicle into spaces hands-free.
